Pre-Construction Consultation
Prior to commencing work, we will carefully review all relevant plans and specifications with the main contractor(s) or developer and project managers to ensure that there is full clarity and transparency regarding our deliverables, the budget, and schedule.
Design & Technical Planning
Residential electrical work is a collaborative effort, and our team will develop all necessary electrical layouts in full detail, in accordance with regulatory requirements and adhering to Safe Electric standards and guidance, as well as the project requirements.
Scheduling & Site Coordination
We’ll arrange a suitable schedule for works to take place by coordinating with site managers and other trades to ensure minimal disruption and so that work can proceed promptly and smoothly.
Installation Phase
